Getting the most out of paid to Click sites

Okay, for this page, I am assuming you are new to the paid to click business or maybe you have been in it for a while but have no idea on how to get started or getting the most out of the site(s) you join.  Here are some insider tips on getting the most out of them.  I will use sites like Clicksia, Inbox Dollars, Clixsense, and Donkeymails for my examples.
Part 1: joining ptc sites
  • When looking for ptc sites to join, I would start with joining reputable and popular ones like Clicksia, Incentria, Clixsense, Neobux, and Inbox Dollars.  They have been around the longest, are generally the best paying ones and are least likely to turn into scam ptc sites (or go out of business).
  • Consider checking out forums like Earn Money Space and/or Talk ptc sites, as these forums are all about ptc sites and you will hear about all of the newest sites coming online, learn about sites to stay away from (Talkptc for example, has an ever growing list of scam ptc sites that you can learn about so that you can stay way from them).  You can also use them to trade referral links (joining a fellow member's ptc site in exchange for htem joining yours).
  • Consider limiting the number of ptc sites to join.  Joining too many, and you will find yourself putting long hours each day in doing your rounds at each of them, plus it can be easy to find yourself being more active than others.  I recommend starting with 3-5 at the most.  You can always join more later if you are feeling more confident and are willing and able to spend more time with ptc sites.
  • Watch out for potiential scam ptc sites. While many ptc sites are legit, some are not and can turn scam.  Sometimes even seemingly legit ones can either turn scam or even "go out of business" after a while.  I've encountered that situation at sites like Palmbux, Freebirdbux, Bux Levels (this one was legitimate for well over a year before it went offline indefinitely), Mindbux, Upbux, as well as several other sites.  Things to watch for includes: outrageous claims (like being able to earn $1 or more per click), no forum (or if there is a forum, there are too many complaints, especially complaints that are not answered), site gets bought out by another company or changes its business model (happened to Bux Levels not long before it went offline indefinitely), site has viruses, etc.  Also, if you use forums like Earn Money Space or Talkptc, there are threads where people can post praises and/or complaints about the sites they use and sites that have too many complaints should be considered a red flag for you when choosing sites to join.  I would start with reputable ones by the way.
  • Check out the payment processors the site(s) you join uses.  Most use either Paypal or Payza, but some sites may only use Paypal, Payza, or another payment processor (like Liberty Reserve).  Inbox Dollars, for example, pays out almost exclusively by pay checks once you hit the $30+ threshold there.
  • Be sure to add the sites you join to your email boxes' whitelist.  Some email servers (like Hotmail) are notorious for filtering out emails from unknown contacts (like the ptc sites you join), and emails can bounce.  Some sites can suspend your account(s) if most of the emails they send you are bouncing.

 Part 2: viewing ads:
  • I recommend doing at least one round of clicks on each site you use at least 2x a week minimum, every day would be ideal though.  Too often, I see people join ptc sites and either never click on ads or click on ads for a while, but then stop clicking indefinitely after a while (why they stop clicking is beyond me and is their loss too as I can't view ads for them even if I wanted to).  Of course, viewing ads is the primary way to earn with ptc sites, and if you can't set aside time to view ads each week, then paid to click sites are probably not for you as you can't expect to earn with ptc sites without doing your rounds (viewing the latest ads posted each day).
  • I also recommend going through the entire list as well (maximizes your earnings for each day from your own clicks).  Few exceptions to this rule of course: 1) anticheat links (some sites like Get Bux Today and Buxp have anticheat links usually towards the bottom of the advertisements page and you do get penalized if you "accidently" click on those links, so avoid them at all costs), 2) some sites seem to have endless advertisements (like Donkeymails) and you are not required to click on every last one of them, 3) adult websites (Buxp, for example, has a section where you can view adult websites if you want, but you are not required to visit them), as well as sites known to have viruses or malware on them (if you see links that look suspicious, feel free to go with your gut feeling as some advertisers can post links to virus/malware infected sites sometimes).
  •  One trick to avoiding virus/malware sites:  consider using Google Chrome over internet explorer.  Google seems to be pretty good about sniffing out sites for possible malware or viruses (which do seem to pop up every once in a while on ptc sites), and usually Google does warn you if you are about to come across a website that you shouldn't (at least most of the time).  Of course, having a good virus scanner also helps too.
  • I also recommend using more than 1 ptc site as well for extra earnings. Why earn from 1 paid to click site, when you can earn from more of them.  I suggest joining up to 5 ptc sites, and do your rounds at all of them.  BTW, be sure to check out my "top 10 " ptc sites page for some of the best sites to join in case if you don't know which ones to join or start with.
Other ways to earn:
  • At bigger sites like Clixsense, Donkeymails, Cash n hits, and Inbox Dollars, there are several ways you can earn in addition to viewing ads.  At Inbox Dollars, for example, they have lots of cash offers and survey offers that you can take advantage if you see any that interest you.  For example, if you are a gamer and want to join Gamefly, for example, you could take advantage of the free trial offer posted at Inbox Dollars and get $7 back for completing it.  Of course, some offers do cost money to complete, so I recommend choosing offers that you are interested in.
  • Surveys: they can take some time to complete, but are usually worth anywhere between $.35 and $1.00 for completion (varies by site).  At Clixsense, the average survey is worth $.50-.85 each and and if you did at least 3 a day, you could earn at least $1.50 or more per day from surveys alone.
  • Special tasks: some sites have special tasks that you can do for extra income (such as watching videos, looking up search terms on google and answering questions about them, etc).  Consider taking advantage of those if you have the time to do them.
  • Paid to promote: some ptc sites pay you to just promote the referral link(s) they give you.  Clicksia, Incentria, Cashnhits, Donkeymails, Scarlet Clicks, and No Mininimum, are classic examples of sites that offer paid to promote systems, where you get paid to promote special referral links they give you on a cost per mile basis (regarless if people join or not).  By the way, Donkeymails, Incentria, Clicksia, and No Minimum all have built in traffic exchange features and you can easily promote your ptp link that way as well.
  • Referrals: to greatly increase your earnings exponentially with ptc sites, building up your referral base is a must.  Remember, each time you refer active members, you get a portion of their earnings from their activities (viewing ads, doing surveys, etc) along with commissions whenever your referrals upgrade their membership or buy advertising as well.  It is a win-win situation for both of you.  Some sites even have downline systems  that you can take advantage of as well, such as Clixsense, Donkeymails, Bux-Matrix, No Minimum, Scarlet Clicks, and Jills Clicks Corner.  By the way, there are several ways you can go about getting referrals, including :
  • 1) Advertising on other ptc sites
  • 2) Joining a downline builder like PTC Business builder, and advertising multiple ptc sites that way.
  • 3) Setting up a custom lead capture page and and using an autoresponder system (like Stiforp, Traffic Wave or My Lead Company) to market your ptc sites to your leads that way.  Social media is also a popular platform for getting referrals via attraction marketing methods.
